Observed over 300 individuals over a three week period for an undergraduate’s senior thesis about cell phone use in public spaces.Coded their cell phone use patterns into an Excel spreadsheet and recorded qualitative notes about their behavior if it was not a quantifiable data point.Approached, informed, and persuaded about 150 individuals to complete an in-person survey regarding their cell phone use.Followed research protocol in order to maintain confidentiality and attain informed consent.
