With over 20 years financial services industry experience in enterprise and operational risk management, I am a seasoned and certified business risk and control executive. I have led the design, development, implementation and governance of operational risk and third-party risk management (TPRM) programs at two national financial institutions, ensuring full adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices across lines of business and company risk partners.As a TPRM leader, I have provided ongoing consultation and onboarding services, representing and leading activities in all regulatory exams and reviews, and managing closure of audit issues and remediation efforts. I have also designed and established performance metrics, including Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators, to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the TPRM process.
