•Achieved a high participation rate, ensuring the active involvement and learning experience of 23 participants, spread across two program cohorts. With a satisfaction rating of 9.5/10, I provided individualized assistance and support. Through constant follow-up, empowerment, proactive question resolution and personalized support, I guided participants in understanding and applying the program materials in their professional and everyday contexts.•Supported the sales process of the “High Performance Leadership” program, achieving almost 10% of the total number of participants in the last editions from the understanding of industry trends, challenges and opportunities of mid-senior and senior talent in leadership related topics.

Led the creation of four functional MVPs, both B2B and B2C, thoroughly identifying user needs and pain points. During the process, I designed wireframes, product specs and user stories, working closely with UX and development teams. I focused on the management and prioritization of the roadmap, defining the key metrics (north star metrics), the necessary integrations and growth strategies. In addition, I maintained continuous communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the project.

Shaped a vision and strategy focused on improving the well-being of seniors, achieving more than 60 active members who recognize life-enhancing experiences in Buelo. Our community experienced 10% MoM growth and an impressive 42% Monthly Active Users (MAU), outperforming industry averages (6% and 16% respectively). My hands-on approach to product launch, product development, UX, user research, operations, Growth and customer success was essential to this success. I provided continuous assistance to our members improving their quality of life.

•Led the integration of 5 teams into one for the background consulting product, defining roadmaps, aggressively prioritizing customer needs and internal processes. Achieved a 70% reduction in operation and maintenance costs, along with a 40% increase in query volume. Iteratively advanced with data analytics to become the market leader in 7 countries.•Identified opportunities for improvement in the architecture and data structure for the document validations product, addressing key customer issues with AI solutions. This initiative resulted in an 18% reduction in errors and a 30% increase in the average speed of validations.•Provided comprehensive support in data analysis and business intelligence, consultative sales, growth hacking, operations, customer success, integration, retention and growth for key clients such as ADDI, Treinta, DiDi, Trii, LaHouse and the Central Bank of Peru, among others.

•Led and aligned the planning of new projects to meet the objectives of the commercial area, highlighting BoF Masters Program, Go Campo and Authorized Distributors. Achievements: 1) Improved engagement of BoF Masters and Go Campo programs, incorporating feedback systems. 2) Expansion of the IQOS indirect retail ecosystem in more than 100 points of sale under the Authorized Distributors program.•Trained 5 commercial teams (+200 people) in innovation methodologies and follow-up of more than 30 projects nationwide. Achievements: ABCD “Above & Beyond the Call of Duty” award in January 2019 for results obtained with the implementation of Fast Forward initiatives.•Supported the definition of learning paths and needs of business roles during COVID-19 when they had to be at home.

Created the virtual trainings in Anti-corruption and Intellectual Property policies (PMI14-C and PMI6-C) using the Fast Forward methodology. Achievements: More than 500 employees trained in these policies.
