I am a Media and Communications Practitioner with a Bachelor of Arts in Media for Development from the University of Malawi, specializing in Development Communication with a focus on civic engagement and democracy. I have over four years of experience in civic education, advocacy and filmmaking. I am currently a Social Change Influencer at Know Your City International, where my core competencies include teamwork and advocacy through cinematography and video editing. My studies at MultiChoice Talent Factory are enriching my filmmaking and television production skills, which I apply to document and highlight societal issues.Since joining Know Your City International, I have collaborated with local communities and leveraged social media to drive meaningful engagement. I have harnessed these platforms to support and empower voices in informal settlements, striving to create a tangible impact.
