Without accounting you won't know if you have enough money to pay your people, if your sales are profitable, and the communication within the business and with other business will be as successful as calling someone without a phone. The language of business is voice that American culture listens to so you might as well join the conversationSpeaking of languages, CNN released a report stating that with 52.6 Spanish speakers in the U.S., there are more Spanish speakers in the U.S. than in Spain. Mexico is the only other country that has more Spanish speakers than the U.S. If you want to speak to someone speak to them in a way they understand if you want to speak their heart speak their language. It is like Nelson Mandela said, “If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes to his heart.”
