He/She will attend meetings, be on top of business updates, and be able to tell a global internal audience the whole PCG Marketing & Design story. He/She will work with design team and other team leaders to create a holistic story for PCG Marketing & Design as well as ad-hoc support for different business units. He/She needs to have native fluency in English (Mandarin reading/writing a plus) with publication experience especially designing newsletters and editing content. Marketing experience is a plus. You are an independent design practitioner, able to initiate and execute from A to Z on a range of interactive (Web/APP) projects.Responsibility:1. Lead the web/UI design project independently, participate in the concept generation, design strategy and holistic design solution to meet user needs.. Set design processes and deliverable benchmark.2. Evaluate usability, provide constructive feedback on the improvement.3. Able to present design proposals to client.Requirement:1. 5+ years experience in developing web site, or software interface, 2+ years experience in UI design mobile apps, have excellent case study.2. You are an independent design practitioner, able to initiate and execute from A to Z on a range of consumer based product projects. Responsibility:1. Develop creative ideas/concepts/strategies/plans for product design projects. 2. Structure & Initiate market research, analyze customer needs, competitive brands, technology/design / color material & trends. 3. Create insightful, unique concepts and develop into refined applicable products. 4. Communicate your ideas using great 3D and rendering skills - and package your designs in thoughtful presentations. 5. Ensure product feasibility by interfacing with vendors to ensure quality products result from our work. 6. Liaison with the BD department and client, to maximize our partners & clients outcomes. Requirement: 1. You have 5 years experience in product design/development, exhibiting successful case studies in the consumer electronics category, inc: phone, tablet, home automation, entertainment devices, furniture etc. 2. Possess originality, strong presentation skills and attention to detail, technology / fashion-savvy. 3. Master in Rhino, Solid works/ ProE, Keyshot + Adobe creative suite. 4.
