• Pitching and participating “BORN STRONG 2021” (Thammasat University (“TU”) – The Office of SMEs Promotion (“OSMEP”)) to obtain sponsorship.• Define requirements and objectives, and manage timeline for product launch strategies. • To build online and/or offline sale channels by pitching, and cooperating with selected buyers (e.g. Tops, TV Direct and RS Mall).• To build sale channels via e-commerce and social commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, JD Central and Facebook).• Tracking sale performance and adapting strategies to drive more sales.• Liaise with the back-office parties (e.g. accounting and logistics).

• Being a person in charge to serve clients by rendering end-to-end lending services (Act as Relationship Manager and Credit Analyst incl. handling Approval Appraisal & Valuation of Collateral).• To execute KYC/CDD suitably and check customer’s suitability for our products.• To structure deals matched with customer’s needs & lending products and avoid or mitigate risk for loan's approval.• To conduct annual credit review in a timely manner and to ensure full compliance of approval terms, conditions, and covenants.• To acquire new borrowers and expand loan portfolio of corporate clients and real estate projects.• Monitor customers’ current and ongoing businesses, loan repayment, restructure loan (if needed) and covenant in relation to avoid NPLs and comply with reserve budget.• To enhance corporate relationships with current customers and to acquire new customers.• Other responsibilities instructed by HOG from time to time.Portfolio: Real estate and others.

• To analyze customer’s business, financial factors, and source of repayment to identify ability to pay of the customer including the risk concern and how to mitigate it before emerging.• Coordinate and work with RMs to balance between risk caution and RM’s credit request to establish structure deals and avoid or mitigate risk.• Conduct and recommend credit rating for customers under responsibility. Provide recommendations for annual credit review for customers under responsibility in relation to find the opportunity for business expansion and NPL prevention in the future.• Monitor and alert RM, if there is any crisis that impacts to customer’s business or debt repayment capacity.Portfolio: Thai Multinational Corporation (Group sale size> THB 50 bn) - Top power- producer and aviation companies in SET and Sovereign Entries.

• Develop in-depth understanding and assessment of borrowers' business needs, evaluate, and identify risks and mitigations in relation to identify lending opportunities, appropriate loan structure and recommend financial solutions to borrowers.• Coordinate and work with internal related parties (e.g., CAS, RM and UW) to balance between risk caution and credit request to establish structure deals and avoid or mitigate risk.• Coordinate and work with external parties (e.g., Technical, Legal & Insurance Advisors) to execute deals and conduct credit applications for requests. Conduct and update financial feasibility of the project and corporate finance together with sensitivity tests.• Monitor customers’ business and project finance projects in aspects of financial performances and market / industry developments to detect early warning signals or significant changes.• Conduct annual review in a timely manner and ensure full compliance of approval terms, conditions, and covenants.• Proactively manage used-line and unused-line of portfolio to avoid downside risk of its industry.Portfolio: Biomass, Waste-to-energy, Solar, Conventional (Gas-fired and Coal-fired) and Small hydro power plants and Non-listed Metal customers
