Newsroom Innovation Committee Group is a TF organization that leads the digital innovation of Joongang Ilbo, which has studied the digital direction and strategy of Joongang Ilbo and actively proposed it to the company. I have come up with a variety of new service ideas within the organization. Based on this idea, I have completed the initial project of the interactive news service 'Ssully'.

Agenda planning team is a team that planned and operated 'People MIC', a public opinion gathering service. This service allows users to write a variety of policy proposals, and the People MIC Special Reporters directly cover the policy proposals that have received much support. The contents covered are published in newspapers and online, and they play a role in publicizing the voices of citizens who are not usually interested.

Service Planning Team is a team that plans and operates various sub-services, content formats, CMS(Contents Management System), and event pages in the Joongang Ilbo. Each service planner coordinates and manages the project with the design and development departments until their own products are released.
