Hi, This is Mena Bassem, A Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer. According to my interests, and since my graduation project was in construction project management, so I am seeking a respectable position in Civil Engineering fields (Project Management, Planning, Cost Control, Technical Office, and BIM) that gives me chance to implement my skills, technical and professional experience.I’ve graduated from BENHA FACULTY OF ENGINEERING in (June - 2023) with a BSc Degree in Construction Engineering and Management Department.with a grade of (B-) = very good (cumulative percentage of 80%), and my ranking is 5th.Excellent in the graduation project ("A+"—3.7).Graduation project: Residential Construction Management ProjectResponsibilities:We worked on everything, starting from studying the tender documents to the final stage of creating a model in 5D.I was the project team leader and participated in all stages of it. I worked on all parts of the project, Starting with studying the tendering documents,Contract analysis, creating W.B.S. and activity lists, Building a construction management Recap Sheet From Scratch,Quantity surveying, time and cost estimating, Cost control, and item analysis, time management, Getting all resource profiles, and finally setting the project schedule and linking it to the 5D model.Additional tasks likegetting cash flow diagrams in 4 different scenarios, creating 3 value engineering case studies, setting a method statement and suggesting a construction method,Export the XER file log and schedule integrity check using the schedule toolkit.We used softwares such as AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera, Revit, and Navisworkes.I’m really proud of my career over the past 5 years, and I’m very grateful for the experiences I had and the knowledge I gained.B-ENG ❤️
