• Building Design Review with Main consultant.• Study and review MEP Drawings with MEP Consultant and coordinate it with the architectural Drawings. • Study and review Structural Drawings with Main Consultant and coordinate it with the architectural Drawings. • Co-ordination with Main & MEP consultants submitting the drawings to the municipality.• Generating a Catalogue for each building. • Preparing Architectural GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings.• Preparing full Shop drawings for all types of finishes, (False ceiling, partitions, stainless steel, wooden doors, etc.)• Choosing /Meeting with sub-contractors and material suppliers. • Attending weekly progress MEP Meetings.• Co-ordinate with site and Find solution in case of problems.• Study & Approve façade design drawings.• Studying the specification of each material before approving the material. • Surveying and inspecting the site works and finishes progress.
