- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meet existing and future requirements- Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with Global IT teams- Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts- Negotiate with vendors, outsources, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services- Manage the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, security, wireless, Servers - Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure, Test server performance- Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for projects Charter- Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory- Manage Call Manager , Video Conference System ,Active Directory Security Groups , Citrix Environment - Managing Software License including Windows Server , SQL Server , 3rd party Software

- Responsible for managing IT resources in two Factories and three different locations in ALEX,Banha,Tanta and Providing Technical support for more than 200 user and responsible for installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems & Hardware + Business Applications.- Responsible for infrastructure set up including active and passive parts and tracking the efficiency of the network and troubleshooting the Local Area Network-Responsible for Purchasing the requested IT devices and check the best specifications which meet business requirements and Managing the suppliers- Manage landlines and Mobile communications and tracking the Accounts of the Company with Telecommunications Companies .- Support remotely users using (MS Lync & Bomgar application) .configuration mail on smart Phone & Tablets- Managing Infrastructure projects from scratch ( Data Center / Lan infrastructure / Active component )- Mobile Management Application administrator for managing mobiles .- Periodically Tracking and Maintaining Inventory for IT ( PCs, Mobile Phones , Printers , etc...).
