Another example is taking a project management department, turning it around to make it measurable, profitable and proud. Proud, I do not say this lightly, a worker should be proud of his or her work and of the team’s achievements. Let us not forget - the team is a manager’s greatest resource, using empowering leadership and personal example I help the team strive for excellence and achieve it.Coupling strong management skills with an ability to see the simple solution and a love of learning new things – I find and implement a new creative solution. I have led cross-organizational change processes, information and communication technology projects, asset management, construction and licensing, procurement, logistics and distribution, maintenance and renovations, transport, workplace safety and fire extinguishing systems, and more. Yes, years of senior operational management positions one deals with many different subjects and projects. As long as there is a mix between the office and fieldwork – I am game for anything new.
