- Design and create floor plans for commercial and residential low voltage cabling. This includes Network, Alarm, AV, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intercom Systems and Lighting Control Systems. - ICCS is a full service vendor which has several divisions including IT & Disaster Recovery, Telecom, Structured Cabling and Home Automation. ICCS has a fully staffed help desk and many talented technicians that are there for over 150 clients. Clients turn to us for things as simple as purchasing a computer or software to buying a new server infrastructure with multiple redundancy with cloud and offsite backup. I create proposals for the broad range of products and services that ICCS offers. - I work as a project manager to manage both Commercial and Residential jobs, which includes IT, Cabling and Automation Projects. - When it comes to Automation I am more hands on, as I not only design the systems, but program and troubleshoot complex automated installations which include but are not limited to panelized lighting, audio distribution, video distribution, integrated heating and cooling, camera and alarm integration, motorized shades, home theater systems, etc. All of these systems get tied together into one interface which can control these systems from anywhere in the world.I really enjoy finding solutions for and designing things that increase the overall efficiency of pretty much anything.

I program and troubleshoot lighting control systems from Douglas Lighting Controls, Nexlight Lighting Contols, Echoflex Solutions and Dimonoff. My other responsibilities include providing in office support; quotations, customer service, technical service and conflict resolution.My day to day duties consisted of reading electrical plans in order to accurately quote automated lighting systems. These duties also included conferring with electrical engineers, electrical contractors, distributors and customers; in order to guarantee that there were no kinks from the time of quotation until the time that a given job was fully programmed and the clients are trained in the use of the system. Some of the projects that have been successfully programmed by me include the Mercedes showroom in Manhattan, Sagent Advisors and multiple New York City Public schools as well as over 40 other locations ranging in difficulty all across the five boroughs of New York City.

My position at this company was to take care of children and adults with developmental disabilities. My main duties were AMAP related meaning I was to fulfill the doctors requirements for each residents of the house. This included dispensing medications, taking blood pressure, blood glucose levels, applying ointments among other responsibilities.
