Alberto Mena Jr. first joined Silman in 2008 as a college intern and has been with the firm for the majority of his career, having spent time in Silman’s Boston and New York offices. Albert currently leads the Silman Chicago office, which he started in 2021.Albert strives for collaboration among all team members and stakeholders through his management of new construction, adaptive reuse, and renovation projects for a diverse group of clients, including educational, residential, and cultural institutions.Projects he is currently involved with include the Hispanic Society Museum & Library in New York, NY; the Shaker Museum in Chatham, NY; the Muskegon Museum of Art in Muskegon, MI; various private residences in NY and the Midwest; and various public and private schools in the New York City area.
