In my role, I facilitate weekly PASS (Peer-Assisted Study Sessions) to foster collaborative learning among students. Additionally, I focus on developing and refining instructional materials tailored for the ITEC 1620 courseI( object oriented programming) , with a specific emphasis on Object-Based Programming. To ensure alignment with course content, I diligently attend ITEC 1620 (object oriented programming) lectures. Within the classroom, I actively promote PASS sessions to enhance student engagement and participation. Furthermore, I provide valuable assistance to students, offering support in various areas such as teamwork, deconstructing complex concepts, improving study techniques, problem-solving, and exam preparation.

As part of my job, I handle cash transactions with customers, scan goods, and collect payments. Provide receipts, refunds, and change. Greet customers as they enter and exit businesses, resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information. Assist with new employee training. This role enabled me to form strong bonds with customers and meet new people.

As a peer mentor for program beginners, I gained impressive leadership abilities. I inspire newcomers by talking about my own experiences as a young immigrant. Additionally, I participate in the Engaged for Change volunteer program by helping with the annual holiday food drives collection of non-perishable food items and cash.
