Responsible for diagnosing and repairing machine faults and optimizing the operation of machinery andproduct quality in line with company KPI, Safety and Housekeeping standards.Responsible for conducting routine inspection, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensureproduction equipment are running efficiently and according to processing parameters.Requesting and ordering machine parts as needed based on specification and quantities throughchecking in parts catalogue and technical drawing.Ensures all maintenance activites are performed and operation of lifting/material handling equipments areaccording to established safety procedures and contamination prevention program. Execute action plans regarding yield and process improvements projects/initiatives. Closely work with IICI team to make improvements on machine cleanability.Assist contractors for maintenance support and repair from beginning to end.Providing relief, as required, to operating crews by running designated machines to production.Providing support to electricians in machine troubleshooting and instrument calibration.Provide training to the Operators and other Mechanics as required and collaborate actively with teammembers. Provide and receive shift hand over information to maximize communication at the shift change.Conduct machine start-up after stoppage.

Ensure that all machines and production equipment run smoothly to meet daily production target.Conduct timely periodic calibration of measuring and test equipments.Conduct relay-out and physical set-up of machine and other equipment in production lineConduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipments.In-charge for the conduct of machine conversion.Conduct start-up of machines after stoppage.
