Working towards enabling a society that not only sustains but thrives through globally scalable innovation. Open to global collaborations, board assignments and more, to support leaders who share a similar mindset and aspiration.THE JOURNEY SO FAR:About a decade ago, I got the opportunity to realise a dream to lead innovation processes to help expand the horizon of what it actually means to have a "positive impact" in society. From reducing or counterbalancing negative impacts in the own value chain, to actual solutions that provide for real needs in new ways. It has been both a challenging and rewarding experience to contribute to this movement, from early adoption to the solution approach gaining momentum the last 1-2 years. Still, we have seen nothing yet about what could happen when this potential is fully realised. Now is a perfect time to seize the opportunity - and I can help give a head start!Right from the beginning of my career I was fortunate to work with world-leading and senior thought leaders on innovation and climate change that were far ahead of best practices in sustainability. The ambition was and is to walk the extra mile to push the frontiers beyond the usually risk-driven and reductionistic sustainability approach and capture new business opportunities for impacts relevant at global scale. Those experiences have given me a unique and science-informed foundation. It has made me savvy in distinguishing between arbitrary supply-driven improvements and transformative needs-driven solutions. It has also influenced my knack for transparent benchmarks to raise the bar for global impact innovation - and for others to assess the credibility of those efforts.THE NEXT DECADE:One of the most important lessons from my journey so far has been that getting things done and breaking new ground requires curious and courageous cultures. This has sparked my interested in empathetic leadership to create inclusive and psychologically safe spaces to think big, try new things, learn, break new ground - and have fun!In addition to this, I'm also excited about further exploring how art, science and connecting with nature can contribute to flourishing lives on a flourishing planet.______________________________________________Sector experience: Tech, Outdoor sportswear, Health/Food, Mobility, Urban development (public, private and NGO)Collaborated with e.g. University of Oxford, CII-ITC (India), WBCSD, Global Challenges Foundation, The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, CDP, Renmin University of China, cities and SMEs in Sweden and India.
