Led an international team of editors to edit and produce stories for a magazine related to the UNDP 54 Faces of Africa campaign, to amplify the voices of African youth and drive innovation towards the SDGs. Over 1000 stories were reviewed and over 120 stories were edited ahead of the final selection of stories that were ultimately included in the attached magazine.Time-bound assignment via United Nations Volunteers.

Mission to support the management and HR team with capacity building of staff, leading two groups with 12 members in each including managers, doctors, nurses and logistic staff.

Project-based position at the Department of Business Development and Analysis, commissioned to produce a report to inform policy development and conduct project portfolio analysis. Specific achievements:• Led project under the deputy Director General to map global policies to inform roadmaps to operationalise the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (see publication below, English summary).• Analysed how 2000 projects in the innovation agency's portfolio delivered on the Government's Strategic Innovation Partnership Programmes "Sustainable & Smart Cities" and Digitalisation. • Independently developed structure from the ground for categorising smart city projects, since this was a young and complex cross-functional programme area at the agency including cross-sectoral projects.

Consultancy focused on turning global challenges into opportunities and drivers of innovation by accelerating transformative system solutions, leveraging digitalisation, servification and new lifestyle values, for structural change and net positive impacts in society. This included strategic advisory and development of operative tools for public and private clients in Sweden and globally, conducted in international networks with thought leaders on innovation and global risks. To drive systemic change my work was structured based on two levels:• Firm level: Operationalising global sustainability goals and climate science by accelerating transformative solutions and new partnerships for systemic change. Example includes building a cluster platform established in Sweden and India to increase the uptake of SMEs with transformative solutions in urban development processes.• Policy level: Supporting the development of global governance structures with international experts on global risks (e.g. climate change, AI, pandemics). This work was carried out under the flagship of Global Challenges Foundation (more info below).

Provided strategic input to the development of the strategy and structure of the newly established think tank. My focus was further on exploring policy frameworks (e.g. legislation, economic policy instruments and organisational structures), and how these can support a shift from product to service in public procurement to accelerate transformative solutions.(The Think Tank for Transformative Solutions focuses on how public procurement can be used as a strategic tool to turn today’s global challenges into opportunities through transformative solutions. It is an outcome of a pilot study about transformative solutions which was part of the investigation of the Public Procurement Committee (PPC) commissioned by the Swedish government. Coordinated several interconnected projects on global risks (low-probability/high-impact), including help to develop new tools that can facilitate decisions for efficient actions against these risks and showing how they can be turned into drivers of innovation.
