I am a Partner in Ernst & Young Melbourne’s Consulting Practice and the Head of Victorian Government and Education Consulting; with over 20 years’ experience in leading teams across a range of strategic, operational, and financial services with a focus on business process, risk management, governance, internal controls and behavioural analysis. My experience includes coordination of the delivery of major risk, performance improvement and internal audit programs for multi-national organisations as well as Government and public service Departments and Agencies. I attend multiple Audit Committees for a number of organisations and am a non-executive member of a charity board.I have a passion for identifying and implementing practical solutions for organisations to better manage strategic, financial, operational and project risk. My strengths lie in my ability to manage multiple teams, while focussing on developing trusted relationships with myclients through focus on improving business processes and developing relationships as a ‘trusted advisor’.
