Responsiblle for day to day business operations with the Customer. Leader of the Customer focus team within their site for a diversity of accounts such as Motorola, Honda, BMW, Harman, Midea Carrier, Philips, Samsung, Whirlpool among others. Fully responsible for the production of goods and services in line with contractual terms and agreements. Also conduct quarterly business reviews with the customer, run operational performance reviews to ensure Flextronics and Customer requirements are at the required levels, drives continuous improvement within Program Management Organization to maximise profit, drive growth and reduce liability ( KOI, P&L,OTD, Quality, Quote Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction, etc).

Responsible to prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest and turn this into increased business. Use knowledge of the market and competitors in order to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and providing feedback and information on market and creative trends, present to and consult with mid and senior level management, marketing and technical staff on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.Also actively participate in internal and external client debriefs in order to present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

Responsible for overall effectiveness of supply base in Americas region which includes cost,supplier development, capacity creation, delivery performance, manufacturing capability. Alsoinvolved in Strategy creation and implementation in responsibility area and other related sourcingactivities in multiple categories such as Mechanics, Batteries, Chargers, Memories, Print & Pack,etc.Which has a business value of U$100M+.

Responsible for overall effectiveness of supply base in Americas region which includes cost,supplier development, capacity creation, delivery performance, manufacturing capability. Inaddition I was involved in Strategy creation and implementation in responsibility area and otherrelated sourcing activities in multiple categories such as Mechanics, Batteries, Chargers,Memories, etc.Which has a business value of of U$275M+.

Is responsible for capacity creation and capacity maintenance for defined mechanics commodities. Participates in technology selection in co-operation with all stakeholders to ensure optimum cost capacity and quality. Participates in supplier selection in cooperation with SLM and product program. Ensures that program and suppliers' schedules are optimized globally. Manages cost, target setting, reporting and cost optimisation in program. Manages supplier processes optimisation to improve supplier performance in Program. Manages mechanics components related risks. Manages program mechanics with suppliers to ensure availability with minimum liability for Nokia. Contributes to component quality plan implementation by suppliers to optimize cost and availability.

Overall management on the tooling and services acquisition process considering critical analysis on the Manaus Free Trade Zone Legislation, as well as, meeting the project timelines and deadlines, supporting programs ramp ups, keeping close management on the tools and service qualification in Manaus.

Responsible for materials acquisition, forecast visibility to suppliers, customs clearance duties and also performed monitoring and analyses of supplier’s performance.

Responsible for daily activities related to the customs clearance of goods for major companies located in Manaus industrial Park.
