I am a recent graduate of Computational Media at Georgia Tech concentrating in Media and Game Studies.My passions are outreach, evangelism, technology, and people. I am driven to empower others by introducing new technology and helping people acquire new skills. I thrive when teaching and creating learning material, and I enjoy the challenge of communicating technical concepts with methods that are understood by those without a technical background. I also love human-centered design, creating technology by interacting directly with users and making decisions by considering their perspectives and needs.I have used my skills in the Microsoft Student Partners program to create and host monthly workshops for Georgia Tech students, in Georgia Tech's OEC Summer Camps where I've served as a classroom teaching assistant and contributed to curricula, and in my own projects have utilized HCD methods to develop prototypes alongside intended users. I am interested in work that furthers my technical knowledge, leverages teaching skills, combines aspects of design, and retains interaction with a variety of people.In my personal life I enjoy video games, video editing and production, socks, and dogs.
