Snow Labs is a startup leader in premium oral care products including patented teeth whitening systems that has grown to eight-figure sales in three years. I was Snow's first employee and tasked with leading operations, fulfillment, marketing, partnerships, and corporate culture as Snow developed a six-product portfolio from concept to product delivery as the brand grew. My work includes both strategy and leading execution teams. My Operations work has included building a customer service organization, implementing Zendesk to improve responsiveness, oversight for inventory forecasts and cost cutting initiatives as Snow scaled, and establishing fulfillment KPIs with aggressive shipping goals for US and global delivery.Marketing successes have included magazine features (Allure, Vogue, ELLE, People), establishment of social media and influencer strategy with partnerships that included an NFL star and Kourtney Kardashian, and running campaigns that have reached millions of impressions across social channels. I led development of Snow's product packaging with branded materials, working with a team of designers to execute my vision. I also oversee Snow's philanthropic efforts including a toothbrush donation program and partnerships to help provide dental care to as many of the 18M US kids without access as we can.My responsibilities also include establishing and managing partnerships with brands (HSN, Fab Fit Fun, HauteLook), dentists, spas, and international distributors.

Foresold develops and markets consumer brands. In this role I managed client relationships and led new client onboarding meetings with marketing teams, filtered inbound new client inquiries to schedule introductory meetings, and contributed to order entry and customer success for e-commerce (dropshipping) businesses.

At Deloitte I was assigned to the tax department working on tax teams to compile returns data. I contributed to audit projects for privately held and public companies with responsibility for analyzing financial data and building reports, and I provided summary reports of quarterly earnings calls. I also completed the Deloitte University training program for interns.
