Northeast Region

In the position of Head Instructor I am required to provide leadership and mentorship for instructors throughout the Northeast Region. It is my duties to also work directly with coaches to provide education and skill-building techniques to help foster their professional growth within the cheerleading and dance industry. As a Head Instructor I work with staff to develop plans and strategies to execute with their teams at camps throughout the Northeast Region.As an NCA Choreographer I create innovative routines for teams to use during school performances and regional, state, and national competitions. It is my responsibility to recruit and retain clientele into these camps in order to bolster NCA's market share amongst competitors.
