Key roles:• Selected as “Best Fit Employee” to represent Oxfam GB in the districts of Machaze and Mossurize.• Seamlessly integrated HIV and AIDS, gender and ABD into a humanitarian development project.• Planned and facilitated monthly community budget for health education/ HIV risk reduction sessions programs.• Catalysed advocacy interventions for using participatory methodologies such as STAR, REFLECT, PHAST, CLTS to campaign against practices, such as open sky fecalism, condom use, and polygamy.• Managed the construction, budget implementation and repair of over 50 boreholes in the communities in water crises, and led technical assessment to discover wetlands.• Impacted driving force behind the swift dissemination of water hygiene and sanitary messages, which drastically promoted good hygiene practices and reduce water related diseases in the districts of Machaze and Mossurize.
