• Prepare plan amendments, plan documents, funding documents and plan filing packages • Consult with Regional Offices on plan design changes to accommodate client’s goals and objectives • Review plan-related change requests for technical and administrative issues• Review, analyze and consult on plan mergers and spin-offs to ensure that all accrued benefits are protected• Provide technical expertise on new products, regulatory developments and plan compliance issues • Provide plan design guidance and consulting to field, clients and internal associates• Assisted in drafting plan documents for the Individually Designed Plan restatements and EGTRRA prototype projects
