• Collaborate with Accounting & Finance and Workplace and Real Estate Management (WREM) teams to develop annual and five-year occupancy budgets, incorporating CAPEX, OPEX, and occupancy planning• Oversee lease management for 20+ sites globally ensuring compliance by tracking lease critical dates, developing and updating abstracts, and maintaining vendor relationships• Process lease-related invoices, ensuring timely payments in line with the negotiated terms and manage issue escalations to resolve concerns effectively• Build financial models for potential expansion spaces, consolidating findings into reports for WREM Management and Executive Leadership• Synthesize and analyze WREM data, providing actionable insights for decision-making, and prepare Business Unit decks and quarterly WREM presentations
