Roles & Responsibilities• Prepare budget and expenditure forecast• Monitor budget and expenditures• Gather and analyze financial data from SAP to determine costs of business activity• Prepare monthly reports such as manpower report, materials and services cost report, contract variance and monthly accountability• Comparing budget with actual expenses and providing analysis and variance justification• Recording and tracking Release Purchase Order (RPO) and Service Entry Sheet (SES)

Roles & Responsibilities• Interpret bid documents, plans, specifications and requirements for a project bid proposal• Conduct site inspection if needed• Prepare material take-off (MTO)• Prepare materials summary• Prepare materials RFQ• Prepare job forecast and basis of estimate for HVAC, piping, structural works, mechanical equipment, insulation, painting, firefighting, fire proofing• Check for engineering assumptions and deviations in every estimate• Confirm with other departments input & support to estimating activities• Develop estimate benchmark and compare cost estimate between projects taking into consideration the scope of work• Attend meeting with team management for clarification & discussion of tender proposal• Prepare price schedule

Roles & Responsibilities• Assist in conducting different type of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as radiographic testing, penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, leak testing, etc.• Conduct visual inspection• Conduct material receiving inspection to check if supplier supplied correct material specifications / dimensions• Conduct layout inspection
