Receive and maintain documents in the Records Management System (RMS).Maintain Document Control and Record Management logs and electronic files.File and maintain approved and superseded documents and records.Produce and maintain controlled procedures and documents on secured computer drive.Check and perform light editing and assign control numbers to a variety of documents as required to ensure standards are maintained.Coordinate the issuance and distribution of new and revised documents.Draft, revise, and edit technical and administrative procedures and documents, track document throughout the review process, resolve and incorporate comments, issue, and distribute, as appropriate.Ensure that documents were formatted according to company templates and standards, automatic generation of Tables of Contents and pagination; generation of Lists of Acronyms and Abbreviations; proper use of section breaks.Convert Word documents to PDF; as well as, combine multiple Word, Excel, and PDF documents into a single PDF.Create and insert graphs and tables.Format and standardize material for reports, presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
