• Dispatches live haul drivers, verify all documents received and scale all incoming loads. Track and monitor loads to ensure delivery to the plant for processing.
• Verifies Forms 3, 6, and Flock Sheets to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information being reported.
• Scans, copies and distributes all 3rd party paperwork, as required.
• Manages all relevant documentation and paperwork for U.S. Loads, including Health Certificate, CFIA envelope and Canadian Customs Invoice for submission to the CFIA. Edits all incorrect paperwork, reporting all changes.
• Weighs incoming and outgoing trailers as needed. Enters all incoming trailer information into the relevant computer applications, ensuring all information is correct.
• Assesses, responds to, and ensures the resolution of any breakdowns, including equipment, scale, etc.

• Partner with management team to implement store standards and procedures
• Set example to sales team to meet productivity standards
• Understand and execute productivity goals
• Communicate any merchandising concerns with a solution based plan to Store Management team
• Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld when on the sales floor

• Develop technical expertise with distribution applications to achieve optimal allocation standard
• Liaise with Allocation Analysts and Distribution associates to resolve outstanding issues and develop expertise for allocating specific complex/department

• In-Store Marketing Coordinator The Communication Coordinator supports the ISM Manager on all presentation and in-store marketing initiatives for their respective GMA’s and supports the stores and the GMA’s by providing.
• Ownership of all communication vehicles – inputting required fields – ensuring completion in print-ready form and as per deadlines
• Manage pricing files with buying teams to ensure accuracy
• Coordination of seasonal / themed set ups at the DC Planogram Centre or within stores

Works closely with the Buyer to attain overall performance of merchandise, hands off item information to Distributors for purchase order creation and allocation, liaises with Marketing regarding advertising samples and promotion information, works with Planning Manager to develop in-season analysis and performance adjustments as per Buyer’s direction and.

Support the replenishment function in achieving optimum replenishment flow and service allocation, order follow-up and related administrative activities. Ensure appropriate in- stock position achieving sales, profit and turnover objectives.
