As a CPD-certified Train the Trainer, I believe in the adage ‘Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.’ Hence, my current role as Chief Transformation Officer at Zillion Pathways is the culmination of 22 years' expertise in the volatile cargo sector where my strength lay in handling key accounts and increasing productivity through complex scheduling and maximizing cargo movements across geographies. Likewise, my servant leadership in Toastmasters International reflected in my professional life till both were inextricably interwoven. Then the second largest district in the world comprising UAE, Oman, Jordan and Lebanon. Just three days later, in another twist of fate, I was made redundant. Since I had accepted the responsibility, I decided to embrace the challenge and experienced a 360-degree shift as a leader wherein I gained expertise in conflict management, decision making, handling stress, team collaboration, adaptability etc. This led to my winning the District Director Resilience Award (2020-21) from Toastmaster International after obtaining 12,821 memberships payments during the pandemic. Also served as a judge for the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Outside Toastmasters, I love traveling, cricket, reading, watching movies and whipping up a meal - I participated in the 2015 Foodshala Cookery contest where I was the only male amongst 40 women.
