As Cargo Sales Executive, my focus was to fill flights, grow cargo sales and satisfy the goals for our regional directors. Besides planning skills, I also excelled in streamlining internal reporting analytics for cargo and was instrumental in recovering lost revenues for the airline. Also conducted market intelligence on yield and concluded that our direct cargo was giving us more weight over transit. This key takeaway saw a significant rise in profits for the airline. We accepted every customer and generated maximum revenue to India and Middle East-bound destinations. At the same time, my Toastmasters journey reached the apex with the full support from my colleagues and my boss. I served as Area Governor in 2014-2015 wherein I handled five clubs, achieved my highest recognition of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in 2016 and got elected as Division Director the same year. Was invited by the Area Manager of Royal Brunei Airlines to join the EVA Air team as their Supervisor. Did four trainings in Taipei for airline reservation training and was eventually promoted to Assistant Area Manager in 1999.In 2001, I was shifted to Eva Cargo, a new experience as the airline maintained decimal accuracy on flight timings.
