Lead the Biometrics function which contains statistics, programming, clinical data management, medical communication, and business process and operation, in R&D China. We support China development strategy and execution for the molecules in Oncology and BioPharma TAs across early and late stage development, as well as end-to-end data and insights generation in the domain of clinical trials to facilitate decision making.

Led the Biometrics group in China to deliver the portfolio and grow new capabilities to provide values to the business. Built up data sciences capabilities in China within Biometrics in the areas of advanced analytics, data and platform. Integrate China Biometrics into the global Biometrics to ensure alignment on the business and talent strategies.

Manage a group of statisticians working in oncology. We are not just statisticians, but rather consider ourselves as partners in drug development. China is our main focus but we also play an active role in global programs especially in those diseases that are prevalent in Asia Pacific region.
