*Led a team of 12 members in the Department of Quality Assurance. Supervised product quality control from manufacturing process, internal laboratory tests to customer inspection. *Responsible for factory audits, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Walmart(U.S.) and Kinnerton Confectionery Co Ltd (UK), and led the whole team in meeting standards of factory inspections.*Supervised the factory by applying the principles of GMP, HACCP.

Guided undergraduate students through biochemistry lecture and analytic chemistry laboratory courses. Provided them with essential information in Q&A session, examination review, and mentored the analytic chemistry experiments

*Performed the proteomics analysis including protein and peptides identifications, post-translational modifications and the customized approach to meet the needs of our clients in pharmaceutical industry and academic research Institutes. Maintained the LC-MS/MS performance.*Assisted the proteomics lab in the principle of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) application procedure.

*Maintained the UPLC-MS/MS operation, and performed the phosphoproteome method application by Titanium dioxide nanoparticles*Collaborated with a bioinformatician in the project of “Development of comprehensive analytical platform for quantitative phosphoproteome” and the results were published in Anal. Chem. [UniQua: A Universal Signal Processor for MS-Based Qualitative and Quantitative Proteomics Applications” Anal. Chem., 85 (2013)]

*Initiated the project of “Discovery of Novel Bladder Cancer Biomarkers by Comparative Urine Proteomics.” In charge of the urine protein sample preparation, multiplex iTRAQ quantification and bioinformatic data analysis.
