- In addition to the basic offshore loans/syndication, I have been involved in more structured deals such as Shipping Financing, Project Finance, M&A, Leveraged-Buyout, and Sponsor backed-up deals.- Sole led/originated some syndications and also participated in market distribution. - Cooperated with many offshore branches/subsidiaries together to explore more loan opportunities, and provide more diversified financial solutions for cross-boarder clients. - A GRM of a conglomerate with Chinese government background with total asset base more than RMB 1.7 trillion.

- Assigned directly to OBU Branch as an Account Officer/Relationship Manager after the completion of MA Program, and was responsible for global corporate banking targeting the offshore deals and customers.- Managed and proposed different types of loan deals/syndications, such as corporate financing, sovereign lending, project financing, M&A transactions, shares/asset-backed financing, through the way of primary or secondary participation (including sub-participation).- Managed cases in various industries, comprising manufacturings in Textile, Oil sectors, Power Plant, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Banking, Leasing, Investment, Medical sectors, Shipping, Flight Catering, Hospitality, and etc.- Arranged sole-led syndication deals for self-originated bilateral clients.- Conducted the study of Chinese-Pakistan-Economic-Corridor and its potential business opportunities to the senior management level, and facilitated Bank SinoPac to participate in its first two deals in Pakistan.- Worked as one of the main contact windows for LA and Ho-Chih-Minh Branch, and assisted in exploring potential deals from the market and then proposed internally.
