Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle, including every aspect of hiring the best people, from sourcing and screening candidates, to assessing, interviewing and on-boarding. Primary responsibilities:• Managing full life-cycle recruiting • Managing the firm’s applicant tracking system • Managing the writing of ad’s and postings for open positions both internally and externally• Provide initial phone consultation with clients to understand their needs, discuss services and develop a rapport.• Representation at local job fairs, industry events• Other recruiting responsibilities as assigned

Assist with recruitment and interview process, including prepare recruitment materials and screen resumes and job applications.• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.• Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.• Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share andexchange information with all levels of management.• Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documentsthrough payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

• Manage social platforms in alignment with brand guidelines, such as Wechat APP, Facebook, Twitter, etc.• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires• Write marketing literature (brochures, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market• Communicate directly with consumers and encourage trusting relationships
