Title: Machine Learning for Defect Detection on Composite Aircraft Structural Parts

I work as a student software engineer, in the area of defects detection and sensors calibration (incl. camera calibration and laser plane calibration) for AFP monitoring (automated fiber placement). I have implemented an edge detection algorithm, with an in-depth mathematic calculation to simulate the edges behaviors on the image given the geometry of the target object and interactions between the sensor systems and objects.

Winning team in the techTALENTS' Tech Challenge competition sponsored by Midea Group. Our team Ideam and I explored and designed a brand new type of dishwasher for single households, which is compact and only needs 30 seconds for cleaning a dish set.
