Duties:Inventory Control, including ordering, stocktaking and negotiating with suppliers Promotion and marketing skill, including promotion designing, pricing and new product trail. Staff management, including training staffs/managers, supervising staffs’ work and making roster Accounts maintenance and banking, e.g. reconciling cash book and invoices, chasing credit and making payment using MYOB. Sales comparison, e.g. creating spreadsheet to summary and compare sales and cost figures for different sites

Duties: Completion of analyzing, coding and recording of journal entries (accrual and cash basis) into HandiLedger based on client’s bookkeeping records. Reconcile payroll, GST account and other balance sheet items. Prepare BAS, IAS, PAYG and FBT statements for lodgment in HandiTax. Complete financial statements for company, partnership and trusts. Record client’s vehicle hire purchase including luxury car. Prepare share trading, dividend and rental properties analysis. Take care of telephone inquiries and manage all written correspondence. Maintain accurate and high level of efficiency throughout data entry process.
