• Interact directly with customers and the Dialogic extended sales force responding to technical information request, design guidance inquires and problem reports related to the Dialogic hardware and software platforms.
• Provide assistance to customers in the proper design, programming & installation of Dialogic hardware & software platforms.
• Record & document customer communications via the issue tracking systems and product defect tracking systems. Documenting customer requirements and inquiries.
• Develop tools, documentation (technical notes, whitepaper etc), reference systems, sample & demo code and solution collateral to speed job functions and aid in knowledge transfer throughout Dialogic and to direct and.
• Responsible for developing and presenting training materials on the development of applications using Dialogic hardware and software product.
• Responsible for documenting the defect to engineering, communicating the problem priority to the necessary levels of management, and wherever possible, providing the Dialogic customer with a work around to the reported.

• Provides sales and marketing technical expertise support, and also manage and ensure the day to day running of the projects and liaison with customers.
• Responsible for responding to technical portion of RPSs/RFIs.
• Create robust engineering solutions for our customers that include details required to meet Network standard, costing and implementation time lines for pre-sale order.
• Provides demonstrations and presentations of key products, proof of concept, on-site evaluations to customer.
• To communicate and help clients understand technical aspects of the solutions as well as value proposition of proposed solutions in order generate up-sale activities.
• Provides post sale support e.g. Co-ordinate and escalate support and services.
