I'm Wen Mengfei, the CEO of StrategyBrain. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the Internet and technology sector. I come from a technical background. My most successful entrepreneurial experience was starting from scratch in China to create the largest shared office brand "Mydreamplus". I led the company from seed round investment and developed it over the course of three years to cover six cities in China, providing 40 office areas, a total service area of 350,000 square meters of profitable business, and obtained a $120 million Series D financing jointly invested by the renowned American Internet investment company General Atlantic and the well-known Chinese Internet investment company HILLHOUSE. During the founding process of "Mydeamplus", I came into contact with a large number of CEOs and founders of small and medium-sized enterprises, and have a deep understanding of the difficulties of SME development and how new technologies can help SMEs achieve an equal business environment. Therefore, I decided to establish StrategyBrain against the backdrop of the vigorous development of AI technology to solve the most fundamental problem of SMEs: human resources. During the entrepreneurial process of "Mydeamplus", I was committed to saving resource waste for society and improving social efficiency. Now in the process of founding "StrategyBrain", I hope to do better than "Mydeamplus". I firmly believe that AI technology can help society to move forward in a better way, truly eliminate discrimination and inequality, and help SMEs reduce costs and increase efficiency in the field of human resources, and build a better world from the most micro elements of society.Before founding "Mydreamplus", I held senior technical positions in several NASDAQ-listed companies, successively served as Tech lead, Principal Scientist and other technical positions at Sina.com, Sohu.com, AOL and Alcatel-Lucent, and served as Head of China Engineering at NICE Systems.
