* Supported ARC-210 Gen 6 and PRC-162 radios throughout the development cycle from early stages to customer delivery.* Create, debug, and maintain drivers for Collins RF hardware in Board Support Packages. Enabling support for RF transceiver* Implement and maintain Built In Tests (BIT) for RF and Audio, totaling >60% of test coverage.* Design and implement driver feature for waveform (application) to obtain receive gain factor, and set transmit power. Enabling waveforms to correctly communicate with target, and output power within ±0.25 dB of the desired range.* Integrate modem RF features with engineers from hardware, FPGA, and systems team. Root cause complex multi-disciplinary problems, and provide solution or work around that satisfies customer requirement in performance, emission, and response time.* Root cause and resolves RF, calibration, and thermal related behavior for Factory Testing. Ensures that product meets and exceeds customer expectation for wide range of operating temperature (-40 C to 80 C).
