Achievements: Cooperate with US lab where I spent 3 weeks, working together with local colleagues on evaluation of PBT raw materials, results have pushed forward of the development of the material and proposed potential solutions for cost saving, new products development and properties improvement.- New materials development. I am an officially TEDx License holder and have the authority to hold a event within 1000 people. From zero, I set up TEDx community and spread the spirit of TED in my university . For the first half year, I held regular meeting every week, encouraging and gathering students to share their favourite TED talk, ideas and discuss hot issues from the young's point of view. From 1 person team to hundreds, the group covered students from freshmen to PhD students, and also envolved teachers, alumini. With diversity team, finally we successfully held the first TEDxSJTU event with the theme "The voice of action" which attracted thousands of attentions in and out of school.(https://www.ted.com/tedx/events/7366). I did my research as a cooperate research program with Shanghai Jiao Tong University.Research Project 1 Mechanisms Exploration of Silk Fibroin Self-Assembly--Multiple Self-Assembly Strategies of Regenerated Silk Fibroin--Exploration of the structural role of Silk Fibroin amino acid residues and modular motifs in the self-assembly process of Silk Fibroin.Research Project 2 Tissue Engineering scaffolds--Vascular scaffold preparation with nanotechnology of electro-spinning.During my research period in NERCN, I have published 3 papers and 3 papents (already granted now). With interests in busness, I also helped analysing the feasibility of industrializing the achievements in the lab and the project of Nano-Silver Anti-Bacterial water that I led got 3rd place in the Venture competition of SJTU.
