Current1 Ensure all KAs are taken care of properly with KA plan in place 2 Develop and maintain KA customer relationship at all level to support GGB’s position as the continued vendor of choice. 3 Understand the customers business; processes and key issues, ensure that GGB’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties. 4 Regular communicate with customer on their demand/forecast and update internally for planning and inventory/safety stock management 5 Manage sales order processes for the applicable accounts to ensure smooth order execution, follow up pastdue orders 6 Assist finance dpmt for customer credit control, follow up A/Rs to improve the DSO and account profitability 7 Handle customer complaints 8 Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction
