Working in NEXTracker, a flex company on Solar PV tracker supplier audit/assessment,new product qualification and mass production quality assurance

I have initiated the establishment of solar equipment supply chain production processes & procedures in a high quality, large volume manufacturing environment, under tight schedule and budget constraints. I have assumed the JV technical and sourcing lead position for aspects of heliostat product.Within my capacity as the JV Deputy Project manager in Dubai’s project, I was in charge of solar field equipment supply chain,procurement plan,procurement strategy,supplier sourcing, supplier audit,RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, providing technical, QAQC & production assessment over selection of automatic welding robots & drilling machines, mirror assembly machines,pylon, torque tubes, Support arms,Diagonals that involves high precision metal to glass adhesion process, and also including electro mechanical drives/actuators.I have led production of Heliostat high precision optical steel structures ,mirror assembly,from product industrialization stage to mass production stage and ensure constant high-quality high volume delivery (manage planning, quality assurance and logistics)to support onsite construction works.I was involved with various machine's Validation process,including automatic and Manual welding machine,drilling machine,Fins expansion machine,taping machine and Mirror Assembly machines. responsible for Mirror Assembly machines design,fabrication,commissioning and acceptance test.I was relocated in Dubai for 1 Year as Production and construction manager in charge of heliostat installation,operation and maintenance of a Mirror Assembly facility on site.
