Roles and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the demand aggregation and bidding for the reconstruction of the Group's global HRIS, draw up biding document, lead supplier selection, negotiation and communication.2. Coordinate internal departments and implementers to promote cooperation among various stakeholders; facilitate the communication between the Group's headquarters in Australia and China, help reshape the way of human resource management and digital transformation, and form a group unified process plan.3. Make overall plan project resources and schedule, define R&R and RACI and manage RAID logs, and communicate regularly with the group management.

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Be responsible for pre-sales programmes, and complete relevant bidding work, business communication and contract signing;2. Take charge of the customer relationship maintenance, including high-level communication and opportunity mining of current customers. On the basis of providing continuous support services for existing customers, further explore deep cooperation opportunities, maintain customer stickiness and expand cooperation scope;3. Support the project managers' implementation and delivery work, organise cross-regional and strategic project development, and carry out project life cycle management on resource allocation, implementation progress and milestones, and risk control of each project;4. Participate in project communication and program formulation as a solution expert, and guide customers to carry out business transformation and business innovation;5. Be responsible for the operation and internal team building of the company, ensure the healthy and stable development of the delivery team, increase the company's income and ensure the stable cash flow.
