As a Marketing Specialist, I have a passion for creating engaging and user-friendly digital products and platforms that make people’s life easier. I have completed a UI Design Foundation certification from Designlab, where I learned the fundamentals of user interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and testing. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in market research, digital marketing, social media management, and website management. In my most recent role as a Sales Administrative Coordinator at BL Education Consulting Services, I proposed a new incentive credit method that increased the online students’ engagement rate by 100%. I also successfully arranged course schedules for 8 teachers for 8 school semesters within a tight deadline. Previously, I worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Balloonatics Designs Inc., where I increased the average monthly online revenue by around 10% through customer engagement and promotional posts on social media platforms. I also updated new products through Shopify and WordPress, and optimized product descriptions by using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. I am a self-motivated, hardworking, and excellent team player with great communication skills. I can take direction well from senior staff and I am always ready to learn new things.
