I am an efficient contributor in team situations and have a natural curiosity about things. I am able to take new information learned and quickly apply to otmy areas and scenarios. I have strong technical skills that I use to conduct business data analysis in my professional roles. I want to pursue a career as corporate financial analyst after receiving my Master of Science in Finance at the Katz Graduate School of Business.I was an intern at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China's largest bank. During my internship in the Corporate Finance Department, I assisted manager to organize the branch’s VIP meeting and made recommendations on appropriate investment plans and options for clients. Through my internship, I enhanced my communication skills, especially in working with clients and gained a more in-depth research interest in finance. I also worked at an accounting firm in Anzhi. Through providing back office support, I broadened my understanding of the business affairs of the enterprise.I graduated from Shanghai Normal University and obtained a bachelor's degree in economics. During my undergraduate study, I developed an interest in learning more about present economic issues and showed excellent research ability. I participated in the SUNY Oswego – Shanghai Normal University Students Academic Research Forum, through which I conducted research on the top Chinese cities for e-commerce and was awarded first place for my presentation on my findings. I had conducted research on the economic development initiatives in 3 western Chinese cities and on the current state of post-secondary loan options for Chinese students. I had also created an online platform for high school students to connect to university students to learn about best practices for test prep and successful applications.
