1. Lead CAF cross teams on collaboration w/ Ford global team to accomplish all vehicles & PT programs (over 8 units each) capacity planning and high-delivery-risk supplier management through whole value chain, in orde for local supply chain's capacity or output to meet corporate production & sales target2. Introduce capacity planning system tool "GCP" & "MCPV" w/ Ford's support to replace the traditional manual way, and re-shape capacity planning process accordingly by defining clear R&R, developing templates and training both buyers & suppliers for improving capacity planning efficiency a lot3. Lead CAF team on co-work w/ Ford to particularly resolve the shortfall risk of C supplier's HP pump & rail (affecting 40% vehicle) and S supplier's TC (affecting 70% vehicle) by exploring productivity, finding surrogates and internal re-schedule, to ensure CAF production, sales and export target achievement in 2016 and 2017

Lead CAF cross teams on collaboration w/ Ford global team in terms of assessing & introducing new supplier, sourcing strategy & implementation, quotation & negotiation of all parts, ongoing localization and supply risk elimination 2. Breakthrough got achieved on sourcing strategy, localization rate, cost saving of cross-car-line switches and wiring harness to make supply base more robust and sustainable

1. Lead Pur. on material cost target setting, sourcing strategy & timing plan generation, review and work out conformance plan for each program milestone until (inclusive) by co-work w/ both CAF & Ford global team2. Develop commercial document, report template and tracker for sourcing and program control, organize regular forum and lead report-out of program progress & sourcing to leadership for approval to ensure timing & cost target achievement

1. Assist supplier w/ improvement by 6 Sigma project2. Periodic supplier audit of quality assurance, safe production and regulatory operation (QPA, QSA, HSF, EICC)3. Critical quality issue handling and new program launch support4. Routing supplier quality performance review & assessment

1. Assist COO & Quality Head to generate supply-base rating & management system and to improve company quality system for external audit2. Take lead to deal w/ supplier-related quality issues
