Predicted annual average house price of district by random forest regression model. ● Built and optimized big data process pipeline on AWS. Transferred 10+ dataset from google cloud storage to AWS S3. Did data validation, reorganized raw data into structured tables, calculated and extract useful features, built and optimized machine learning model by Spark. Stored in PostgreSQL database (benchmark and optimize database). Designed a NYC map web page by Tableau to give recommendation.
