Essential Duties & Responsibilities -Recruitment and training sales staff, supervising, motivating and monitoring of the team, allocating areas to sales executives, setting budgets/targets, communicating with the other line Mangers, reporting to the top managers, communicating with customers (which may include actual selling), troubleshooting possibly dealing personally with some important customers, maintaining the detailed knowledge of the company’s products, keeping the abreast with that competitors are doing!! - Establish processes and procedures to ensure successful sales to our customers - Ensure current and new sales representatives participate in successful telecommunications and salesmanship training to include internal and external training expectation - Assist sales representatives in presentations and proposals to prospective customer - Demonstrate and expect the highest standards of professionalism and business ethics The own Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Proven sales success - Proven ability to attract, develop, and motivate a successful sales team - Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Possess in-depth knowledge of voice, data, and internet products - Possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills - Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence individual - Try to understand other competitors between the weakness and strongness with ours.

The main duties & responsibilities: * Try to understand company's services and products clearly * Planning execution marketing, sales program * Develop and maintain revenue that meets company targets * Determine customer needs provide best services solution * Perform sales administration activity essential sustaining revenue customer satisfaction goals * Market visit, survey evaluation report to manager * Coordinate with supervisor/ manager to improve channel sales penetration
