Dear recruiters, my name is Meng-Te Tu, also known as Max. Currently, I am employed as a Financial Personnel at Evergreen Line, where I manage budgeting, accounting, and internal auditing, alongside shipment-related cost management and financial analysis. This role has honed my skills in tracking financial performance and aligning operational costs with budget forecasts. This role has provided me with further insights into a prominent company's financial operations and reinforced my dedication to merging financial excellence with sustainable practices.I am an outgoing and team-oriented professional with a strong background in controlling, finance, and accounting, and a keen interest in sustainability. I hold a Double Degree in Master of Science in Controlling, Finance, and Accounting from Hochschule Pforzheim in Germany and Yuan Zu University in Taiwan.During my gap year, I completed my mandatory military service while also gaining practical experience as a Financial Planning consultant at Monster BioTech in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. In this role, I actively participated in accounting-related projects, such as financial statement preparation and cost management, with a focus on promoting sustainable practices. Before that, I worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Yuan-Ze University, where I honed my skills in data collection, and analysis, and provided educational support. I am passionate about integrating sustainability into financial decision-making processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and with the knowhow of various statistical programs and databases, such as SAS, Stata, DataStream, TEJ, and Python, I am well-equipped to handle complex financial analyses. I have also taught accounting to undergraduate students in both English and Mandarin.
