At first I supported the export office for the management of orders, prices, generate the proforma invoices,, transport documents such as (bill of landing, AWB,CMR), packing lists and communication with foreign customers.Afterwards I assumed the role of Technical Sales in the Shoe & Leather-goods department, my main tasks are the following:- Management and maintenance of relationship with distributors operating in the Asian markets.- Exhibition stand organization.- Personal assistant and business trip planner for CEO during commercial travel in China.- Support for the patenting and registration of brands in Chinese territory.- Support for the development of the trade marketing of a new brand dedicated to GDO in Chinese territory.- Development of a big online sales distribution channel in Chinese territory.- Technical Assistance Service and Sales with Foreign Markets, Mainly China.- Presentation of products at major sector fairs in order to acquire new customers. (Fairs name: APLF of Hongkong, Shoes & Leather Guangzhou, ACLE of Shanghai, Lineapelle of Milan, China International Laundry Industry Exhibition).- Analysis of market trends and customer requests for developing of new products and solutions in collaboration with the R & D department.- Translations in Chinese of all administrative and commercial materials. ex: Catalog, Techinical data sheets, Website, Email.
