Crawled them from multiple database including Wikipedia historical events, NYTimes, BBC, Wall street journal, Reuters and company official websites. - Built crawler API, which allows server automatically collect and clean ad-hoc data. - Evaluated and organized these financial data and created database to support workable financial analytics. - Extracted required information from text data such as annual financial report, by refining the architecture of bidirectional LSTM-CRF model and customizing rule-based algorithm. - Applied quantitative analytics to precisely response to the upcoming investment questions.• FDDC 2018 Financial Algorithm Challenge: Quarterly Revenue Forecast for Public Companies. - Developed and adjusted machine learning models, including different tree models, statistical regression, lightGBM, Arima and embedding models, to predict the accurate forecast of companies in A-Share Main-Board Market, based on historical financial statements, market data, macro data, industry data and domain knowledge. - The prediction error of revenue was 0.511 and final rank of this competition was 9th/2724.
